Responsibilities:
· Searching, attracting, and evaluating candidates for various positions in the company
· Conducting interviews and assessing the professional and personal skills of candidates
· Collaborating with line managers to identify personnel needs
· Participating in the development of hiring strategies and improving personnel selection processes
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiter position
· Deep understanding of the personnel recruitment and assessment process
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of the labor market and trends in the HR field
· English at B2 level (Greek is a plus)
